L Street Corporation came to us in 2019 with a concept for a company-wide awards event that would unite the sister companies and highlight accomplishments across the brand.
Client Challenge
L Street Corp needed more than just visual design—they needed us to curate an experience that connected employees, reinforced company culture, and celebrated achievements across the portfolio.
Our Solution
With these goals in mind, our creative team put on their brainstorming hats and worked to create a suite of deliverables, including promotional materials, nomination forms, emails to friends of L Street, posters for each of the companies, and the awards themselves. The inaugural Ellie Awards was a huge success and will be repeated in the future.
