Born in the city of broad shoulders, we are a multi-faceted team of innovators hell-bent on building technology that makes the world function more efficiently. Similar to a Startup Studio, L Street Collaborative leverages the principles of parallel entrepreneurship and lean start-up methodology to efficiently create elegant software platforms for the Enterprise.
"Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men's blood."
— Daniel Burnham
If there is a company out there that is doing something that fits well with our portfolio, we’ll acquire and operate it.
If there’s an internal idea that we like, we’ll build it; If a client has an idea that fits with our core competencies, we’ll help them build it.
If an entrepreneur has a vision we believe in, we’ll invest in it.
Why L Street? The “L” in L Street does not have one set meaning. Just as our people wear many hats throughout their day, so too does our company name. To us, “L” represents the four key cornerstones for our organization’s success:
Human Capital. Our people are the most important resource in our organization. We offer our employees the opportunity to showcase their abilities and challenge themselves on a daily basis, keeping our team motivated, engaged and working toward a common goal.
Passion. We are passionate about what we do and about our employees. Inspired work and inspired people drive innovation and creativity. Our passion flows into everything we do, and it is this passion that sets our organization apart from the competition.
Honesty. Loyalty resonates throughout our entire organization. We are not only loyal to our clients, but also to ourselves. Our culture is one of accountability, meaning great work will always be rewarded with even greater opportunities.
Impact. As we are only as valuable as our latest output, we strive to create consistently impactful products and services for all of our clients. All work that we produce is a direct reflection of L Street Collaborative, so cutting corners is never an option for our team.
